1. Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is responsible for high-level decision-making, policy direction, and oversight of FECCIWA’s mission. This team comprises experienced faith leaders and professionals who provide strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting the organization’s vision and strategic priorities.
- Ensuring alignment with FECCIWA’s mission and values.
- Overseeing financial and operational accountability.
- Representing FECCIWA at regional and international levels.
2. Secretariat & Staff
The Secretariat is responsible for the day-to-day administration and implementation of FECCIWA’s programs, campaigns, and partnerships.
Roles within the Secretariat:
- General Secretary: Leads the organization, represents FECCIWA in external engagements, and oversees program implementation.
- Programs & Advocacy Coordinator: Manages campaigns, partnerships, and advocacy initiatives.
- Communications & Media Officer: Handles media outreach, publications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Finance & Administration Manager: Ensures financial sustainability and accountability.
- Field Officers & Volunteers: Support grassroots mobilization and project execution.
