About me
Mrs. Ebun James-DeKam is the Interim Coordinator of the FECCIWA Secretariat and an experienced educator, church leader, and peacebuilding practitioner.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Fourah Bay College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Education from Njala University College. She joined the Council of Churches in Sierra Leone in 2001, coordinating programs focused on trauma awareness, reconciliation, and peacebuilding. She later became Director of the Church and Society Department and, in 2011, became the first female General Secretary of the Council since its establishment in 1924.
